Faculty of Economics - Universidad de los Andes

The Center for Studies on Safety and Drugs – CESED – from the Universidad de los Andes, is an interdisciplinary research center that seeks to promote a broad and informed debate about drug and safety policies in Colombia and Latin America. To achieve this goal, the Center leads academic research on safety; the production, trafficking and consumption of drugs; and makes rigorous evaluations of public policies that have been implemented in these areas.

Team: Facundo Hidalgo, Jorge Parada, Mariana Murcia and Ana Montenegro. Graphic design: Santiago Reyes Villaveces and Helmut Rico.
